ZPI uses a customer support ticketing system to log and track the status of every customer inquiry.
When an inquiry is received via e-mail or telephone you will receive an immediate acknowledgement of your of our inquiry via e-mail.
During normal business hours our goal is to follow-up by a ZPI expert within 30 minutes of receiving the inquiry and resolving the problem or issue by the end of the current business day.
For inquiries received outside normal business hours we will follow-up the morning of the next business day and resolve the problem by the end of that business day.
